There is a lot of talk about how grass-finished beef is better for your body and the environment--but is it true? How are animals raised "on pasture" and what is the difference in taste?
In this course, you will see, learn about, and taste the difference between corn-fed and grass-finished beef. The first part of the class takes place in the field; the second part is in the kitchen.
We will end with a complimentary meal, where we will enjoy Whippoorwill Creek Farm's beef and discuss our day.
