I don't know about you, but homemade pasta (noodles) is about the most satisfying food that anyone can make. A big bowl in a broth or sauce, in a lasagna or a white sauce, even sometimes in dessert (noodle kugel anyone?).
I've made a lot of different pastas in my restaurant days, and in this class, I will pass along my knowledge so that your pasta making skills will bring your descendants to revere your memory!
Pasta Making with Garden Flavors -- Sat 7/19/25
For the class, we will meet in our state of the art, bespoke barn kitchen and work together to create some great laminated egg pasta dough, fillings for raviolis and great sauces to go with it! With that finished, we will create delicious raviolis for our dinner and some fetuccini to take home.
After all that work, we reward ourselves with the fruits of our labor and enjoy dinner and conversation together with our fellow "pastai" (Italian for pasta makers).
